On the day of arrival, your room will be available for you from 3 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10 a.m.
To confirm your booking, please transfer a deposit of 30% of the total price to us.

We advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance for peace of mind and, in accordance with the “Hoteliers- und Gastwirteverband Südtirol”, recommend the following cancellation insurance: https://hotel.europaeische.at/hgv?AGN=512722
By transferring the deposit, you accept the following cancellation terms:
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 61 days before arrival.
- Between 60 and 8 days before arrival, we will charge 30% of the total price. It will no longer be possible to rebook.
- From 7 days before arrival, we will charge 100% of the total price. It will not be possible to rebook.
We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.
It is possible to add an extra bed to the room. In this case, the following prices apply:
- Children up to 1 year old: €20.00
- Children aged 2 to 4: 70% off
- Children aged 5 to 7: 40% off
- Children aged 8 to 11: 30% off
- Children aged 12 and over: 20% off
